This 9.75x9.75 inch Grey Woodgrain Frame contains my original 6x6 oil-based colour pencil drawing, called “Looking Up". The frame is set up for wall mounting or table top display. This drawing also comes with a little story on a card: “I have a habit of losing myself in my daily routine. Wake up, brush my teeth, shower, make the coffee (because NOTHING gets done before I’ve had my coffee!), sit down to draw, and then I don’t look up again until my tummy lets me know it’s time to eat…and I realize that I haven’t, in fact, looked up once, all day (something my stiff neck reminds me of, as well)! It’s easy to go through the day on autopilot, always looking down at our phones, our computers, the sidewalk, but it’s important to look up every once in a while and feel the sun on your face. You might be pleasantly surprised by what you see, like this little squirrel, enjoying the whirling helicopter seeds!”
